I reached out to Malkaprem during a challenging time.I was feeling alone, disconnected, anxious, and ignoring the needs, pain, and trauma I had unearthed in my body so that I could make it through the school year. 

I was struggling to consistently integrate and embody my yoga practice, specifically in parts of my body that felt dead and dark. 

I did not feel safe to fully embody soul and creative life force. 
I needed help, and reaching out changed everything. 

This program allowed me the space to fully embrace and love this human experience, through coming into sweet awareness and relationship with all of me! 
I am awakening and deepening into the intuitive and creative temple, the magical cosmic portal, that is my female body. 

Once cold, tense, and numb, my womb and yoni now feel alive, beautiful, and healing. 

How beautiful to honor and love my creative center and LISTEN to her wonderful body wisdom.

During our first session, I already felt deep synchronicity and had a major “Aha!” moment as Malkaprem shared with me the magic of tuning into my cycle, honoring and working with it, instead of resisting and ignoring. 
WOW. Why aren’t we all taught this?!

I now love bleeding and the magical experience it is when we come into honoring instead of fighting and projecting stories we have been told onto this sacred time. 

The healing, teachings, and practices of this program, CHANGED how I perceived, experienced, and participated in my life, my work, relationships, and the world around me. This is the alchemy, the magical transformative work I am so grateful I get to do.

I felt more overall sense of ease in “living in the world !
And I’ve more tools and practices to help me cope with different difficult situations that may come up and noticed that I’ve evolved more energetically to be able to “deal with” more.  
I feel more connected to my sacred “yes” and “no”...  

And it’s really complementary and supplementary to the therapy work that I’ve been working on.  

My therapist also noticed that there were some barriers and blocks that I was able to move through faster... 
I’m quite surprised how “widespread” this program’s impact is to my life.
